Alpha Testing & Access
What is the current development status?
Splitwars Online is currently in closed alpha phase. This is an experimental testing stage where players can sign up to help test the game and report bugs before the official release.
How can I join the closed alpha?
Players who want to participate in testing and bug reporting can register for the closed alpha through this website. Alpha access is limited and intended for active testers.
Will my progress be saved during closed alpha?
No, all data and progress made during the closed alpha will be wiped when the phase ends. This is necessary to ensure a fresh start for the open alpha and official launch.
What rewards do alpha testers receive?
Players who participate in the closed alpha and play at least once will receive special rewards when the open alpha begins, as recognition for their valuable feedback and contribution to game development.
What should I expect during closed alpha?
The closed alpha is EXPERIMENTAL. You may encounter bugs, errors, and incomplete features. The primary goal is game stabilization, not a polished experience. If you prefer to avoid potential frustration, consider waiting for a more stable version.
How can I report bugs during alpha testing?

Game Release & Seasons
When will the open alpha begin?
We don't have a specific date for the open alpha yet. The open alpha will officially release our S01 server, which will be the first official server of the game.
How will the game seasons work?
The game will be released with seasons. Season 1 will be our first season for any new server, including S01. While players enjoy Season 1, we'll work on Season 2 to deliver new content as quickly as possible.
When will the official launch happen?
The official launch campaign will begin when Season 2 is ready for release. At that point, we'll launch an extensive marketing campaign along with additional servers (S02, S03, etc.).
How will new servers be created?
Additional servers (S02, S03, etc.) will be created automatically based on the number of players joining the game, ensuring optimal gameplay experience for everyone.
What is the difference between closed alpha, open alpha, and official launch?
Closed alpha is experimental testing with data wipes. Open alpha introduces the S01 server with Season 1. Official launch includes full marketing, Season 2 content, and multiple servers based on player demand.

What items are available in the store?
The Splitwars Online store offers various bundles and packages to enhance your gameplay experience. Some items may be available for limited time periods. All store prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) for consistency across our global player base.
What payment methods do you support?

What is the in-game Marketplace?
The Marketplace is a player-driven economy feature where you can trade gold or Split Coins for various items, ships, and resources. Players can also exchange currencies by creating buy/sell orders to trade Split Coins for gold or gold for Split Coins, creating a dynamic trading environment that adds strategic depth to resource management.
What are Split Coins and how do I get them?
Split Coins are a premium currency that can be used to purchase any store package or traded in the Marketplace. Split Coins are exclusively obtained through store purchases, providing a direct way to access premium content and participate in the player economy.
How can free-to-play players earn premium rewards?
Free-to-play players have multiple ways to earn premium rewards including watching in-game advertisement videos, completing exclusive missions, participating in special in-game events, and competing in future tournaments. These systems ensure all players can progress and enjoy premium content regardless of spending.
What is the Direct Trade system?
Once you unlock the Marketplace, you'll also gain access to Direct Trade mechanics. This allows players to exchange gold, Split Coins, items, or ships directly with other players through private transactions. Please note that all transactions, whether through Direct Trade or Marketplace, include commission fees.
Can I trade with other players?
Yes! All players can trade gold, items, and ships with each other through the Marketplace system. However, to trade with Split Coins, you must first unlock the Split Coins marketplace through the season pass. The season pass not only unlocks Split Coin trading but also provides various valuable items including some Split Coins to get you started in the premium trading economy.
Will there be tournaments?
Yes! We plan to organize tournaments that will be played on private servers where players have access to all unlocked content. These tournaments will feature bracket and staging systems, with each tournament having specific rules that must be followed. Tournaments will be live streamed with casters providing commentary and analysis. Winners will receive rewards transferred to their real accounts. Please note that tournament details and rewards are subject to change as we develop the system.
Account & Server Policies
How many accounts can I have?
For open alpha and full release, players are limited to one account per server. However, you can create multiple accounts using the same email address on different servers, allowing you to experience various server communities while maintaining fair play within each server.
Are alternate accounts allowed on the same server?
No, alternate accounts on the same server are strictly prohibited. Players can report suspected alternate accounts, and when reports reach a significant threshold, our team will investigate. Our moderation team reserves the right to ban secondary or primary accounts that abuse the system and negatively impact the gameplay experience for other users.
